1. Information we collect

Order details you provide at checkout, such as your name, email address, flight date, and departure airport.
Payment information is collected and processed directly by Gumroad, our payment processor. Lounge Drop does not receive or store your full card details.
Basic website analytics, such as pages visited, to help us understand how visitors use the site.

2. How we use your information

To process your order and generate your lounge access QR code.
To send your confirmation email and, closer to your departure, your QR code.
To respond to support requests about your order.
To improve our website and offerings.

3. Payment processing

All payments are handled by Gumroad, a third-party payment processor. When you check out, you are subject to Gumroad's own privacy policy and terms in addition to ours. Lounge Drop does not store your payment card information.

4. Sharing your information

We do not sell your personal information. We share only the details necessary to issue your Pass, such as your name and flight information, with our lounge network partner in order to generate and validate your QR code.

5. Data retention

We retain order information for as long as necessary to fulfill your Pass, handle any related support requests, and meet our legal and accounting obligations.

6. Your choices

You can contact us at any time to ask what information we hold about you, request a correction, or request deletion of your data where we are not required to retain it for legal or accounting purposes.
