No1 Lounge opened inside Heathrow's Terminal 2 in December 2024, and within a year it had picked up the single biggest prize in the category: World's Leading Airport Lounge at the 2025 World Travel Awards, plus a LIT Lighting Design Award and a TripAdvisor Traveller's Choice Award for 2026. It currently holds a 4.6 out of 5 rating on TripAdvisor across nearly 900 reviews, ranking as the #2 attraction in Hounslow.
It's tucked into the main T2 building close to Gate A18, and the interior design is deliberately understated - hardwood floors, curved couches, marble tables, and bookcases arranged more like a private members' club than an airport facility. Seating for 90 keeps it from ever feeling like a holding pen, even during Heathrow's busier departure banks.
À la carte, not a buffet
Unlike a lot of Priority Pass lounges that run a self-serve spread, No1 Lounge leans into table service: a seasonal menu built around premium British ingredients, hot and cold dishes prepared in-lounge, and a fully tended bar pouring beer, wine, and spirits throughout the day. Fresh pastries, wraps, and salads are available for anyone who just wants something quick before boarding.

What it doesn't have
Worth knowing before you go: there are no shower facilities, and the lounge sits in a lower part of the terminal without much natural light. Neither has stopped it from winning the industry's top award, but if a shower before a long-haul flight is non-negotiable for you, plan accordingly.
Is it worth visiting?
For a lounge that's barely a year old, winning "World's Leading Airport Lounge" against the entire global field says a lot. If you're departing from Terminal 2 and want something closer to a private club than a canteen, this is currently the benchmark.
